Kiri London // Restaurant Review

After a very hectic day, my friend Kay (Kay Couture) and I found this little restaurant called Kiri hidden in the heart of Mayfair. Kiri is a Japanese restaurant and as pure Londoners we love eclectic Asian cuisine, so we decided to try it. Considering that the restaurant was in Mayfair we walked in with the notion that it would be super expensive but surprisingly it was not at all.

On the outside, Kiri seemed pretty tiny, but as soon as we entered we realized that it was bigger than we thought, we found the perfect little table by the window. Kiri’s interior combines natural woods with warm lighting that make it the perfect little place for a quiet lunch or after work dinner in the city; also, the warm lights makes it extra cosy for the cold days of winter.

A letter to someone I used to Know

We go back way back, where time did not exist when we lived on a different plane created just for us...

I knew I lost you when I would close my eyes and I could not see you there. God knows how many times I tried to re-create our memories in my mind, but I would always fail, time after time until I buried you somewhere so deep that I forgot about your existence you died and I have killed you. Being around people who used to be part of your life, has brought back memories, mostly empty memories as you are nothing but a stranger now. All these people, never stop cherish you and remember you and they always talked about your endless energy your excitement and passion for every little thing,
these people truly love you. They have kept your memories so close to them like you never ceased to exist. Is not real though, your existence is nothing but a delusion you have left a long time ago and you are never coming back.

Things I could do if my Train was on time

Your train will be delayed
I love being a Londoner, London is the greatest city in the world but... not during rush hour. If you live in London or any big city you know that the struggle is real, apart from having to wake up pretty early in the morning, having to deal with train delays is just enough to well, be pissed off the whole day and then people are wondering why we are so moody.
According to this infographic by GoToMeeting below we lose 11 days on tube just waiting for trains, imagine all the things we could be doing imagine all the naps we could take and the extra food we could consume if we didn't lose so much time waiting for our train at 6 am or even worse train being delayed at 7 pm when you are tired and hungry and the only you wanna do is go home, not cool tfl, not cool.

Barbecoa St Pauls//Review

In the heart of the city, barbecoa is giving a taste of quality cuisine to Londoners. As a food lover that loves fried food(kfc) but also eclectic cuisine, Jamie Oliver's is definitely one my fave restaurants in London. So after a hectic day my bae Ana(Faded Spring) ,my bae Christine (Xtineloves), Lucy and Cherry decided to go on a little food adventure, cus why the hell not?!

Barbecoa is located in St'Pauls can't get more central than that, hidden in between the skyscrapers right next to the cathedral, the view is to die for, perfect for a date(boys take notes). As soon we arrived, we were greeted by the staff , who they kindly took our coats to the cloakroom and showed us our table, the service was absolutely amazing from the moment we walked in. Ana and I we have been to so many restaurants disaster like 7 out of 10 so to finally go to a restaurant that the service was absolutely on point it was a good surprise.

Places You Should Be Sharing Your Content Online

Creating content is a constant struggle between procrastination and well... procrastination but after you managed to finally write your post, film the video, edit and upload then the real struggle begins, PROMOTION.
How do you get your masterpiece to the world, how do you make sure people click on it, share it with their friends neighbours, mailman, something we internet freaks(people) go through on a daily basis.
Trying to think new ways to promote, from trying to write a damn tweet, to thinking of a catchy title but once you figure it you can just sit back and watch the world retweet you #internetkidsproblems.

Things You Should Be Doing Every Morning

How do you lead a positive life with a negative attitude? The answer is you don't.

Life is going by so quickly we often feel like we cannot catch up, but what if we could; if we just find a way to make ourselves work.
Most of the people bury their lives in all the can and can’t, rushing everything, and operating in a survival mode. Life is gotten so hectic that we just don’t have enough time to enjoy it. We have become robots, we wake up go to work and then sleep and that’s it, that’s how life goes by until we are well pensioners.

I can’t remember the last time I woke up thinking, “what a lovely day is today, im gonna sit and read a nice book with a nice cup of tea”. I wake up every day even on the weekend feeling stressed that I will not have time to do my work, read for university, blog, go to work and ultimately let myself and other people down.

It took me so long to realise that if I want to truly live and not just survive is to change my mindset- which is harder than people think.
I tried few things over the past weeks and I instantly saw fundamental changes and honestly im more productive and less stressed.

What is Love?

What is love?

People describe it as that enormous feeling that makes your heart sing, transform you and make you a better person. What is love is there an adequate definition of love, are we even meant to define love? Maybe we are just meant to feel it, a powerful emotion such as love is undefinable.
But what is really love then? Have I ever been in love? I sometimes wonder... or in lust, or maybe I have always been in love with the whole idea of being in love.

What you NEED to know about private renting

Moving to London was definitely one the best decisions of my life but housing well that’s whole another story. After living one year in the university's halls of residence my friends and I decided it was time to get our very own house well rent to be more precise. So after spending hours and hours on the internet and going from an estate agent to the other we finally found our dream house in our dream area Camden. Picture it a group of 20 year olds living in Camden, it was truly a dream come true, it was a bit pricey but hey we got to live in Camden. Before we sign in the papers we got to meet our landlord a very nice gentleman but for some reason he was convinced that I am studying animal psychology and kept asking me questions if cats can develop anxiety disorders and phobias yeah right. But apart from that he was pretty nice, he gave as a big fat contract to read and I remembered read it the first page and sign it, that was our big first mistake. Even though it was our first time being tenants we were aware of our responsibilities but not our rights.

Realizing things/2016

I still can't believe that we are already in 2017, it seems like yesterday the clock turned 12 and we were celebrating 2016. But believe it or not a whole year has passed.
For me 2016 it was not bad but I would not say it was great, it was more of a reflection of the previous years and failures, it was the year where I decided to find my true calling and realise my dreams and aspirations.
I always find myself dwelling on the past, lost in time between the present and events that happened years ago and that notion took away the best moments of my life.
